Launching in early 2024 following a high-specification refurb, OMA V is our third film studio and the fifth OMA Studio Group site.

OMA V is located in a prime position between Elstree and St Albans in Radlett, Hertfordshire.

The site has been designed to perfectly accommodate a single production looking for a fully contained and controllable film studio solution, offering everything on one plot including sound stages, ancillary support space, offices and an ample provision of parking. OMA V features 1 larger 32,534 sqft stage and 2 smaller stages (16,177 sqft and 16,154 sqft). All have minimum working height clearances of 29-35ft. OMA V is conveniently located alongside the M25 between junctions 21 and 22; 3.5 miles and 3.6 miles away. Radlett station is 2 miles to the south, offering rail links via Thameslink into St Pancras International in 25 minutes.
